We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and safety-conscious Wingfoil Instructor to join our watersports center on Boracay Island for the Amihan season (November to April). If you love teaching, want to live a tropical lifestyle, and are looking for consistent wind and good vibes, this is your dream job.
📍 About Boracay & Our Spot
Boracay is world-famous for its powder-white beaches, clear turquoise waters, and vibrant island life. Our center is located at Bulabog Beach — the main watersports hub on the island — perfectly exposed to the Amihan trade winds. It’s a safe, reef-protected bay with steady 15–25 knot side-onshore winds, flat to slightly choppy waters, and plenty of space to teach and progress.
This makes it an ideal playground for beginners and intermediates, with deep enough water for foiling but close enough to shore for safety and easy coaching. We also have easy access to the open ocean for experienced riders who are keen to ride the swell.
🌬️ Conditions During Amihan Season
Wind: 15–25 knots, consistent NE trades (November to April)
Water: Flat to small chop inside the reef, deeper and wavier outside, hips height waves within the channel, and up to overhead swell outside the reef.
Tides: Up to ~1.5–2 meters variation; our team of experts manages session timing to ensure optimal depth for foiling based on the student’s level.
Weather: Mostly sunny, dry, and warm (~28–32°C)

🧭 Job Requirements
Fluent in English and French, other languages are a big plus (Spanish, German, Russian, Turkish)
Must be able to teach kiting too. We are a wingfoil and kiteschool, so you can also freelance as a kiting instructor, maximising your chances of increasing your revenue.
At least one full season of teaching experience
Comfortable handling both beginners and intermediate students
Team player, flexible, positive mindset, and customer-oriented
